Introduction to Finswimming for adults

Snorkel Strokes
Snorkel Strokes focuses on developing respiratory patterns control with snorkel and basic arm and leg movements.

Pre-requisites:

Students who participate in this level should feel comfortable in deep water and be able to swim freestyle for 10 yards and 10 yards in backstroke, they should be able to tread water for 15".

Flipper Kicks
Flipper kicks focus on the use of bifins in different planes, the student will improve the dolphin kick. Learn to swim while maintaining a streamline position.

Pre-requisites:

Students who participate in this level should be able to breathe comfortably with their heads in the water and the use of a snorkel. The student should feel comfortable in deep water and be able to swim in freestyle 15 Yards.

Finswimming Endurance
Level 3 focuses on practice the dolphin kick while maintaining a streamline position with the Upper limbs and using bifins OR monofin. The student will focus on swimming great distances using bifins and snorkel.

Pre-requisites:

Students participating in this level should be able to swim 25 yards with bifins in freestyle, 25 yards in backstroke. The student should be able to swim in dolphin kick for 25 yards using biffins and snorkel.
